AV&V Black Tulip & Chrome tulip Extreme Duty valves

These superb valves feature the highest flow level on the market. They are
one piece forged from a racing grade stainless steel alloy and they are
available in hard black or chrome finish. Each valve has a bearing quality
hardened tip at the end of the stem to prevent premature wear with
high-lift applications.
AV&V's 5/16 stem valves also features a 45o angle
below the lock groove to facilitate the
valve seal installation.
Our 7MM valves are offered with two different lock groove design; the standard triple groove or AV&V's Single Groove design.
Each valve is heat treated with a special process and the
stem is centerless grinded to a micro finish for a longer life.

Twin Cam & Buell (7MM stem, Triple Groove and Single Groove)
|

AV&V's 7MM stem valves are offered with the standard triple groove design or with a bead lock style Single Groove. Single Groove valves are now used in most racing engines around the world. These single groove valves must be used with AV&V single groove spring kits (or AV&V single groove retainer and lock kit when using the stock beehive springs). |
